PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Paul Maitre is a Senior Project Manager who is responsible for managing
tenant improvement projects, ground up development and capital investments
from inception to completion inclusive of strategic planning, contract negotiations,
budget development, design review, construction oversight, cost containment,
and occupancy coordination.

Mr. Maitre has extensive experience in managing architectural design, zoning
approvals, and construction project management oversight for numerous
commercial real estate projects. He has a proven track record leading successful
projects for office, higher education, healthcare and life sciences clients and as a
tenant representative across various industries. He has led corporate office,
healthcare and data center projects including ambulatory surgery centers,
medical office buildings for multiple owners, along with multiple complex data
center projects. His focus on client requirements and communications, project
financials, tracking and reporting, and relationship management contribute to the
consistent delivery of best in class services.

Prior to forming Maitre Management, Paul worked as a Senior Project Manager
for several local real estate firms, managing a wide range of product types.
